Las Vegas is an exciting and thrilling destination for RV rental holiday makers. It is full of things to do, from sun rise to sun set you will find entertainment awaits you at every turn. And you may be surprised to learn that you don't need to spend a lot of money to have a good time. Many of the most popular activities listed below are the free or inexpensive ways to entertain the whole family.
The biggest piece of advice we give to travelers in our camper rentals is to book your place in an RV park well in advance. This way you will get as closeas possible to the Vegas strip and you can explore the city with ease.
Bellagio Fountains
The Bellagio Fountain is world famous and attracts large numbers of spectators. With over 1000 individual jets of water, the fountain is choreographed to match the speed and tempo of the music. The concept of the hotel is featured in the film, Ocean's Eleven which was an international box office hit. The fountain is located at the front of the famous Bellagio hotel. It sits on a lake which is eight acres in size, which is an impressive sight in itself.
Bellagio Botanical Gardens
If you venture beyond the lobby of the Bellagio hotel you will come across the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. This is an indoor botanical wonderland which provides an array of colours and sights for your senses. It is open 24 hours for your convenience.
Bellagio art gallery
Venture further into the heart of the Bellagio and you will find the Gallery of Fine Art. The exhibits here are always rotating to ensure the venue remains timely and relevant. The exhibits and artworks come from museums across the country as well as being donated from private collections. Past exhibitions have ranged from Picasso to Warhol.
Gaming Classes at the Las Vegas Hilton
If you are a novice gambler you may find the gaming classes useful. These 30 minute classes can be fun and educational. Most of them are free, and they provide afun way to get a taste of vegas without putting your own money at risk, Why not include them in your things to do in Las Vegas?
Eiffel Tower Replica
The view from the top of the Eiffel Tower replica is truly amazing. The tower contains a restaurant, however the budget conscious travelers in our RV rentals will be able to retreat to the comfort of their RV for a self catered home-style meal instead.
The Mirage Hotel Volcano
The volcano at the Mirage is another famous and popular attraction. With eruptions scheduled nightly at regular 15 minute intervals you won't miss this thrilling spectacle. The volcano spews smoke and fire more than 100 feet in the air to the cries of delight from visitors young and old alike.
The Fremont Street Experience
This fast paced and lively show is a fantastic way to enjoy an evening of free entertainment in Las Vegas. The show takes place on Fremont Street and it employs some of the biggest video screens anywhere in the world. The show is energetic and entertaining, and is suitable for individuals of all ages. The free shows feature 12.5 million lights and 550,000 watts of sound, which is an assult on the visual and aural sense.
Treasure Island Show
The Treasure Island Hotel and Casino stages these spectacular shows regularly starting at 4pm every day. The show changes regularly so check your local guide for more information about the current show. Our advice is to arrive early to ensure you get a good vantage point. This would make an ideal way to spend time before retiring to your camper rental for the night to relax and enjoy a home style meal.
